Aternal Abyss is my mini domain, well more like subdomain since Kokoro's hosting this and my other sites. She gets that credit in a total full since after going through like five or six different hosts with my web graphics site, it really discouraged me. Now, I've got an uber reliable host and one who doesn't mind hosting more than one site, which is very kind of her and I really appreciate it! Thanks soooooo~ much, Kokoro!!! *glomp* This site serves as both a home for all of my sites and as a place for my blogging needs, not like I write in a blog often, which is why I haven't made a separate site for it. ^^;
Aternal Abyss? Where did that name come from? For starters, I'm a HUGE fan of Dance Dance Revolution (DDR for short) and one of my favorite songs is called "Abyss." I thought it would be cool to name one of my sites that. I realized, though, that just the name "Abyss" would seem a little plain, so I wanted to add a word in front of it to spice it up a bit. At first, I thought of putting the word 'eternal' in front of 'abyss' to make up "Eternal Abyss." It didn't seem to flow too well, in my opinion, so I decided to change the 'E' to an 'A,' so now the new title would be "Aternal Abyss." It actually didn't stick to me all that well, but then after looking at it for a while, I became attached to it and wanted to keep that name. Since then, the name's stuck and we have the name that you see today. :P
About Current Layout:
This layout was reeally fun to make and actually at first was a complete experment for some of the new brushes and new fonts that I had gotten. After fooling around with the colors and such, I wanted it to be a layout! ^^ Because I had so~ much fun making it, I made a wallpaper out of it and was my desktop background for a quite some time. Yes, I'm VERY attached to this layout. *nods* I called it, "Kings Court," because the way Sora is sitting on the throne (and is wearing a crown on his head), it makes him look like a king of some faraway land and Donald and Goofy are his loyal subjects.
